The Women Walking in Their Own Shoes™ Movement was launched in October 2012, when Tawawn Lowe Enterprises (TLE) expanded their brand to reach and impact more women. The WWITOS™ Movement was created to assist women with reaching their full potential, so that they can create incredible personal and professional lives on their own terms.
The Movement is a call to ACTION for women to say “YES” their purpose, passion and power and become their best self and create their best lives. It is a challenge to women globally to STEP outside the status quo (traditional role of women), relinquish their fears and impoverished mindset, define success on their own terms and walk in their full potential.
The Movement has grown and October has been identified and proclaimed “Women Walking in their Own Shoes” month by Chase’s Calendar of Events. TLE recognizes the WWITOS™ Movement with an annual Summit that gathers industry experts, coaches and professionals who will share their stories and life lessons while bringing women the tools and strategies needed to take immediate action to create personal and professional excellence and manifest their desire.
As of June 2014, Women Walking in Their Own Shoes™ has been established as a professional organization within Maryland. As an organization, WWITOS™ will be able to reach more women and provide more programs, services and resources to celebrate women, invest in communities, and provide a community where women can grow.
